I can be your “good angel” looking over your shoulder to encourage you in the right direction, and keep you on track to achieve your fitness goals.

My group exercise classes are really fun! With a mix of motivational music, energizing workouts and a great group of people, the atmosphere is upbeat, lively and enjoyable – all the while helping you climb towards your maximum fitness level.
