PreNatal Workouts

Working out when pregnant can be a little confusing and that is why I am here! 

To guide you during this time with totally safe and beneficial workouts for you and your baby.

Staying active will help relieve aching muscles, swelling, and pain as well as boost your energy and can even help prepare you for the birth. Additionally it improves sleep and helps to reduce stress or anxiety

I offer safe exercises specific to each trimester.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I am here to teach you how to exercise correctly during each stage of your pregnancy. 

It is essential to perform the exercises in the safest possible way in order to keep you and your baby healthy. The best way to do this is through one–on-one sessions. 

My job is not only to help with your fitness goals, but also to improve your overall well-being. Some consider me as a personal trainer who is also an unofficial therapist or even a BF!

Because each pregnancy is different, it is important to understand exactly how you feel in order to create the perfect workout for you.

GROUP TRAINING

Working out with other moms-to-be is really important – you see that you are not alone and you have the support and guidance of the group. It is also a great way to improve your mood.

 

One woman has called it her “pick me up” class.

 

 

We evolve into a supportive group, helping one another out when needed.  Moreover, you become more motivated to work out when you see others like you exercising as well.
